This NewLink Wales course is aimed at people with little or no experience with CBT or those who wish to refresh their knowledge. By the end of the course, participants will be able to define the basic principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and examine elements of CBT. Furthermore they will explore the communication skills needed for using CBT and practice new skills for working with and supporting others.
