I've been working at C3SC since September 2011. I cover North Cardiff and run the Health and Social Care Network in the city.

I previously worked under the Communities First programme for four years as a community development worker and have been involved with the third sector in some capacity for over eight years. I have an extensive background of volunteering, with two years with Citizens' Advice Bureau, a year with the Children and Youth Board and a year with the Youth Welsh Assembly where I acted as a representative for homelessness.

I am currently completing a BA/BSc Honours in Environmental Studies, which explores the relationships between our surrounding environments and health and well-being.
