C3SC's Grangetown Communities First project is delivered by our Third Sector Officers. Working with local community and voluntary groups, we deliver activities and events to improve the living conditions and prospects of those living in the area.

We deliver the Welsh Government's Communities First programme in a small area of Grangetown. If you live on or near the following streets, then you are within the Communities First area.

                Amherst Street

Bottom end of Holmesdale street

                Beecher Avenue

Kent Street

                Channel View

Ludlow Close

                Clive Street

South Clive Street

                Earl Street

Worcester Street

                Earl Lane

York Place

                Hewell Street

Our Third Sector Officers support a number of community and voluntary groups to deliver activities and events within the area.

In partnership with Race Equality First, we are working with older women from ethnic minority communities in Grangetown to increase their health and improve their engagements with the community.
