My Voice, My Choice workshop – ‘Fitness and Well-being’

This workshop will be held at the YMCA Swansea, SA1 5JQ. 1:30pm-5:00pm, 17th May 2019.

The project My Voice, My Choice is to Empower disabled people to have their voices heard. This project is to bring disabled people together to enable disabled people within their area to have their voices heard on local issues that matter to them, enabling them to influence change; improve their local community. This will lead to a more inclusive, cohesive community, with stronger community relationships.

This workshop will include St Pats Karate Club exercise for all, motormed and many more.
