South Wales Police will be launching the first ever Representative Workforce week of action next month from Monday 6th May – Sunday 12th May 2019 to encourage more black and minority ethnic (BAME) candidates to join the force.
As an organisation, they are committed to being the best at understanding our communities, and to achieve this they are working towards becoming a more representative workforce.
The aim of the week is to gain interest from potential candidates ahead of police constable vacancies becoming available in June.
