Skills for Life offers a person centred package of support with the option of practical work experience, professional coaching, and peer to peer networking and monthly group training, supporting women to recognise and utilise their skills and abilities. Women are eligible if they are 25 years+, economically inactive or long-term unemployed, living in a Communities First area in Cardiff.
