This Institute of Fundraising Cymru session will provide fundraisers with a key overview of a project’s life-cycle, from initial conception through to monitoring and evaluation. It will give attendees advice on which skills are useful when involved in project management, and when a fundraiser’s input is valuable.

Attendees are welcome to come with any questions about current project’s they are working on, as there will be time to troubleshoot any issues.
