Half-day summary and overview

The course will provide an over view of the aims and ethos of the Act, looking at the implications for individual practitioners and organisations. The Act places an emphasis on Well-being and preventative working and the course will explore the definitions of both as well as the implications on practice of outcome focussed and relational working.
