Mae cefnogi cymunedau lleol a sefydliadau sy’n seiliedig yn y gymuned yn flaenoriaeth i Lywodraeth Cymru. Er bod presgripsiynu cymdeithasol yn cynyddu mae yna bryder nad oes digon o sylw’n cael ei rhoi i wella gallu cymunedau i fod yn fwy cydnerth. 

Ymunwch â ni i drafod sut y gallwn ni ddefnddio’r egwyddorion ar gyfer adeiladu cymunedau cydnerth i ddeall beth sy’n digwydd yn barod er mwyn datblygu cymorth o fewn cymunedau.  

Mae Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru wedi dod at ei gilydd gyda’r Ysgol Ymchwil mewn Gofal Cymdeithasol ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, yr Ymddiriedolaeth Adeiladu Cymunedau, Prifysgol Cymru a Chyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru i drefnu digwyddiadau yng ngogledd a de Cymru ym mis Mawrth. Bydd y digwyddiadau yn dod â phobl o sefydliadau cymunedol a sefydliadau o’r sector statudol a’r trydydd sector at ei gilydd er mwyn archwilio’r hyn sydd fwyaf pwysig wrth adeiladu cymunedau cydnerth, a datblygu gweledigaeth ar y cyd a chytuno sut i symud y gwaith hwn ymlaen.

Supporting local communities and community based organisations is a priority for Welsh Government. Whilst social prescribing is growing in popularity, there is concern that less attention has been given to community capacity building.

Come and join us to explore how we can use principles for developing community resilience and see what people are already doing to develop support within communities.

Social Care Wales have got together with the School of Social Care Research, Building Communities Trust, the University of South Wales, Wales Council for Voluntary Action and Children in Wales to organise events in north and south Wales in March. The events will bring together people from local community organisations, statutory and third sector organisations to explore what matters most in building community resilience and developing a shared vision and practical way forward.
