Trin Pobl ynn Deg – Strategaeth Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol a’n Cynllun Cydraddoldeb Strategol

Trin Pobl yn Deg yw Strategaeth Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol a’n Cynllun Cydraddoldeb Strategol Gwasanaethau Ambiwlans Cymru. Rydym ni am i’r strategaeth nodi, mewn termau syml, yr hyn rydym ni’n fwriadu ei wneud yn ystod y pedair blynedd nesaf i barhau i greu amgylchedd lle, waeth beth yw eu cefndir neu eu hamgylchiadau, mae:

  • Pob claf a gofalwr rydym ni’n dod i gysylltiad gyda nhw yn cael gwasanaeth ansawdd uchel sy’n ateb eu hanghenion fel unigolyn
  • Pob cydweithiwr yn cael cefnogaeth i ddod â’u hunain cyflawn i’w gwaith ac yn cael y cyfle i gyflawni eu llawn botensial.

Fel Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol mae gennym ni ddyletswydd i wneud ein gwasanaethau a’n gweithleoedd mor deg i bawb ag y medrwn ni. Rhan o hyn yw adolygu ein hamcanion cydraddoldeb bob pedair blynedd. Pan rydym ni’n gwneud hyn mae’n bwysig iawn i ni ein bod ni’n cynnwys cymaint o’n defnyddwyr gwasanaeth, cymunedau a staff yn y broses ag y bo modd.

Rhowch wybod i ni beth yw eich barn am ein cynllun trwy gwblhau’r arolwg sydd ar gael ar https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/TrinPoblYnDeg_TreatingPeopleFairly/

Bydd rhan gyntaf yr arolwg yn ein helpu i ddeall y materion rydych chi’n eu wynebu wrth ddefnyddio ein gwasanaeth ac yn cynorthwyo i dynnu sylw at gyfleoedd i newid. Yn rhan 2 yr arolwg rydym ni am i chi ddweud wrthym ni am y themâu potensial ar gyfer cyflawni gwelliannau.

Treating People Fairly – Our Equality and Human Rights Strategy

Treating People Fairly is the Welsh Ambulance Services’ Equality and Human Rights Strategy and our Strategic Equality Plan. We want the strategy to set out what we plan on doing over the next four years to continue to create an environment where, regardless of background or circumstances:

  • Each patient and carer we come into contact with is provided with a high quality service which meets their needs as an individual.

  • Every colleague is supported to bring their whole selves to work and has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

As an NHS Trust we have a duty to make our services and workplaces as fair for everyone as we can. Part of this means reviewing our equality objectives every four years. When we do this, it’s really important to us that we include as many of our service users, communities and staff in the process as is possible.

Please let us know what you think of our plan by completing the survey available on https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/TrinPoblYnDeg_TreatingPeopleFairly/

The first part of this survey will help us to understand issues you face when accessing our services and will help highlight opportunities for change. In part 2 of the survey we want you to tell us about the potential themes for delivering improvements.
