EYST Wales (Ethnic Minorities & Youth Support Team Wales) is an award-winning and unique, beneficiary-led voluntary organisation supporting ethnic minority people across Wales. Funded by the Community Fund (Previously known as Big Lottery Fund) People and Places Programme, the BME Skills Project is a partnership project with SCVS, C3SC and AVOW which aims to support  BME community groups and organisations to prosper by bringing the skills and experience of BME people in the private sector and young graduates into the community sector, as Volunteer Mentors, including as Trustees.

We invite Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified consultants or universities to Tender for the External Evaluation of the BME Skills Project, to be completed by December 2020
