BAME ‘Pathway To Success’ Leadership Programme

Operation Black Vote would like to offer individuals/organisations from BAME backgrounds a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a select group of leaders from all walks of life.

Operation Black Vote are about to embark on an extremely exciting and prestigious leadership scheme, “Pathway to Success”.  A residential civic and political leadership programme with our partners the House of Commons, the University of Oxford and their two colleges Blavatnik School of Government and Magdalene College, and also Lloyds Bank. The programme will be held at the University of Oxford from the Sunday evening, the 8th September until Friday 13th September.

It is a bold and ambitious programme that seeks to nurture the next generation of civic and political leaders from BAME communities. We are looking for those who might be councillors, trade unionist, teachers, middle managers, entrepreneurs, those working in the NHS, and other civic, public sector and political roles who feel they are ready to step to the next level of civic and political leadership.

During this intense week of learning and sharing, we’ll have some of the best political, civic and philosophical minds to impart their knowledge for your benefit.

If you think you have what it takes to be a leader, this is for you.

We have attached the program outline and application form onto this email.

Please Note – the Training is FREE FOR BAME PEOPLE – you will need to pay for your travel costs to Oxford
