Workforce Strategy for Health and Care: consultation phase / Strategaeth Gweithlu ar gyfer Iechyd a Gofal: gyfnod ymgynghori'r

 

Fel y byddech yn ymwybodol, mae Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru ac Addysg a Gwella Iechyd Cymru wedi bod yn cydweithio i ddatblygu Strategaeth Gweithlu ar gyfer Iechyd a Gofal. Yn cydweithio gydag ein partneriaid, y Sefydliad Gofal Cyhoeddus, Prifysgol Oxford Brookes (IPC), rydym yn dechrau ar gyfnod ymgynghori'r strategaeth ddrafft.

Bydd yr ymgynghoriad yn cael ei gynnal mewn nifer o ffyrdd, gan gynnwys cyfres o weithdai, gweminarau ac arolwg ar-lein rhwng Gorffennaf ac Awst.

As you will be aware, Social Care Wales and Health Education and Improvement Wales have been working together to develop a Workforce Strategy for Health and Care. Together with our partners, the Institute of Public Care, Oxford Brookes University (IPC) we are now entering the consultation phase of the draft strategy. 

The consultation will be carried out in a number of ways, including a series of workshops, webinars and an online survey carried out between July and August.

The Workshops are ½ day - 9.30am until 12.30pm, taking place on the following dates:

The target audience for the workshops are as follows:

  • Managers at all levels from across health and social care including statutory, voluntary and private service providers including Heads of Service, Service Managers, Workforce Managers, Responsible Individuals, Registered Managers, Human Resource Managers, etc.
  • Regional Partnership Boards
  • Carers networks and citizen panels
  • Education providers from across Higher Education, Further Education and Work Based Learning providers
  • County Voluntary Councils
  • Unions
  • Regional skills networks

If you are unable to attend one of the workshops and would still be interested in being involved in this work, there will be an opportunity to take part in a webinar event on either 23 July 2019 at 10.00am or 2.00pm or the 26 July 2019 at 10.00am or 2.00pm. The webinar will be approximately one hour in duration and will cover the same areas as the workshops and there will be an opportunity for you to provide your input and views.
