Survey: Improving Access to GP Services for Older People

Age Alliance Wales and the Bevan Foundation are carrying out research around the difficulties faced by older people in Wales, and their carers, when attempting to make an appointment with a GP. This could include dealing with a complex booking system, dealing with obstructive receptionists, making an appointment at a suitable time or facing physical problems in getting to the surgery (amongst other issues).
