NHS Wales are looking to understand how they can improve their website, content and services for NHS Wales web users (including patients, staff and visitors). The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete, and your feedback will be used to help them deliver new and improved services in 2018. You must have recently used (or use regularly) an NHS Wales website. The closing date is 30th April 2018
