Cardiff Third Sector Council was set up in 1997 to support and represent the third sector in Cardiff, helping to drive good practice and provide a voice for this vital, vibrant and innovative sector.

We are seeking to appoint motivated and committed people to the following post:

The Administration Assistant will support a friendly team in Cardiff Third Sector Council's offices in Cardiff Bay. General duties include: working from our database to organise and tidy files, contacting organisations to ensure their documentation is up to date as per requirement, supporting with day-to-day office administration work, including answering the telephone, emails and updating our membership spreadsheet. Excellent IT, communication and planning skills are needed and an ability to prioritise and work well within a team.

The Cardiff Volunteer Centre Assistant will support a small, busy but friendly team in the Cardiff Volunteer Centre by signposting organisations and volunteers to appropriate opportunities. Excellent IT, communication and planning skills are needed and an ability to prioritise and work well within a team.
