RNIB Cymru Rights, Advice and Information Service

RNIB Cymru is working with Action on Hearing Loss Cymru, Deafblind Cymru and Sense Cymru to provide information, advice and support to people with sight or hearing loss in Wales.

Here’s a summary of how they can help:

RNIB can check a person is getting the benefits and concessions they are entitled to and say about other services and support available in the area.

They will arrange for any benefit application forms to be completed for the individual and provide support through the claim process.

They also have a team of specialist case workers who will be able to offer support in challenging the most complex of benefit decisions if your decision is wrong.
