Transitional immigration arrangements for EU citizens moving to the UK after Brexit, if the UK leaves the EU without a deal. The policy statement is now published.
The European temporary leave to remain (Euro TLR) Scheme will provide a route to apply for this immigration status. Applications will involve a simple online process and identity, security and criminality checks. The written ministerial statement is here
A portal has launched bringing together support services to help vulnerable EU citizens applying for the EU Settlement Scheme in Wales

On 6 June 2019, Cardiff University’s and WCVA’s Brexit Forum Project and Disability Wales teamed up to bring together academics, disabled people’s organisations, and Welsh Government Ministers to explore the implications of leaving the European Union for disabled people.
The briefings below provides answers to questions collected during the event to help disabled people and organisations understand what Brexit may mean for them and to raise the profile of concerns emerging directly from communities in Wales.

The Ethnic Youth Support Team, Race Council Cymru, Show Racism the Red Card and the Wales Civil Society Forum on Brexit are hosting a free event, open to organisations and community members on 16 January from 12:00 to 16:00 at the Pierhead Building in Cardiff Bay to explore the impact that Brexit is having on BME communities in Wales.
