This training is designed for registered managers of residential homes and managers of domiciliary agencies who may be tasked with carrying out a non-criminal investigation under the Wales Protection Forum Policy. It is also open to Managers of day centres from Cardiff County Council and Social Work practitioners who may be tasked with carrying out a non-criminal investigation under the Wales Adult Protection Forum Policy.

It is essential that all participants have attended (or completed previously) the POVA Decision Making and Information Sharing training (Level 3) prior to attending this course.
