This Cardiff Council course is ideally suited to staff who are currently undertaking or are about to undertake a level 5 diploma level in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
The training is open to all staff who are managing or supervising staff in a social care setting including managers, deputy/assistant managers and key/senior care staff.
Outcomes:
– To identify the forces that may require own organisation to change.
– To give an example of change required in the workplace.
– To identify relevant human and financial factors in the consideration of planning change.
– To be able to communicate and implement the change.
