FREE training opportunity - workplace coaching

Learning to Inspire has been awarded another significant contract from the Welsh Government, enabling them to develop a national initiative in the field of workplace coaching.

This national initiative has a focussed mission: to give organisations and individuals the personal and professional tools to coach others to change and grow.

From September 2012, Learning to Inspire will be offering a dazzling and distinctive programme that will allow one person from any community and voluntary sector organisation to experience the very latest gems in workplace coaching absolutely FREE.

Who’s it for?

They will be delivering two accredited programmes tailored specifically for the Voluntary and Community sector:

Five-day Inspiring Coaching (Level 3 Award), and

Seven-day Inspiring a Coaching Culture (Level 5 Award)

This is a chance to cascade these skills throughout your organisation with a fully funded place available to those whose role involves the opportunity to coach colleagues and teach them to coach their colleagues.

The Coaching Programmes specifically for the Community and Voluntary Sector are being held South East Wales (Cardiff) on the following dates:
