Teams wanted to run for Hafan Cymru

Get fit for this summer and at the same time give support to a worthy cause. Hafan Cymru, a charitable organisation which offers support to those who are escaping Domestic Abuse, is looking for individuals and teams interested in running the Swansea Bay 10K or the Cardiff Half Marathon in support of their work.

Michelle Beer, Marketing and Fundraising Manager, explained: "We look forward to hearing from individuals, teams and local businesses who want to support a local charity and at the same time enjoy fundraising to contribute to the work provided by the organisation. It would be great if businesses could form teams and take part in the run."
