How Community Asset Transfer could help your organisation

If your community group or voluntary organisation is looking for more control over running a public piece of land or a publicly owned building in your area, Community Asset Transfer (CAT) could help.
Through CAT, Cardiff Council can lease or sell some of its land and buildings to certain community and voluntary groups, often with an affordable rent or asking price.
