Joan Gallagher Memorial Award 2012

To all voluntary organisations, schools, youth clubs, places of religion and other interested organisations, parties.
To memorialise the passing away of one of Grangetown Community Concern's founder members, Mrs Joan Gallagher MBE, who died on 27 September 2010, the group intends to award an annual shield and cash prize of £25.
This to be awarded to a person of any age, gender, nationality, religion, language, etc for what the nominees regard as having made an outstanding contribution to the community of Grangetown.
They will make the award on Tuesday 19 June at the library, Havelock Place at 7pm. Nomination forms are available at the library between 10am and 1pm Tue/Wed/Thu. Nominations must be received by 31 May at the latest.
