Help win your favourite charity £15,000

People's Postcode Trust, the grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People's Postcode Lottery, is going to award £15,000 to the public's favourite charity. They've selected 12 charities from across Wales to compete for £15,000, as well as five £1,000 runner-up prizes.
