Can you fill these shoes?
- Thursday, 22 March 2012
Our Chief Officer, Jacqueline Bell, is leaving us in April to take up a position closer to home in
Chesterfield as CEO of ARC UK, a national charity providing support to organisations working with people with a learning disability. We wish her every success in the future.
“It’s been a privilege to meet staff and volunteers from third sector organisations throughout the city who are doing a fantastic job,” says Jac. “It will be a challenging yet exciting time for the next leader of C3SC.”
Jac’s departure means we are now advertising the post of Chief Officer. We are looking for a person who understands the complex, changing and challenging issues that Cardiff’s third sector is currently facing, and who will bring the versatility, people skills and financial acumen required to run C3SC. The successful candidate will lead a talented team of staff and work to a Voluntary Board. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the proven capacity to influence and network at both local and national levels.
You will find the full job advert, plus job description, application form and other relevant documents, on our ‘Vacancies’ page. The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Wednesday 18 April and interviews will take place on Thursday 26 April.
