Grand Avenue United Reform Church, Ely, is looking for a voluntary organisation or charity to share their facilities

  • PDF

The building is located next to the shopping centre on Grand Avenue in Ely and is easily accessible using the number 18 bus from Cardiff City Centre.

Facilities include two large halls (one of which could be used for office space), a small meeting room/office, kitchen, gents toilet, ladies toilet and disabled toilet. The building provides appropriate access for disabled people.

The church would like to offer a medium/long-term opportunity to rent these facilities at a competitive rate to a suitable organisation. Access will be guaranteed to all the above facilities, with the requirement that one room remains accessible for weekly worship meetings by the church.

Grand Avenue URC is also happy to explore renaming the building (e.g. as a community centre, charity offices, etc) in order to enable the tenant to promote access to the building.
