Funding opportunity for organisations working with young people
- Tuesday, 07 February 2012
Cardiff Network 14-19 is looking to create a Social Investment Partnership to support a round 2
proposal to the DWP Innovation Fund. As part of this they would like to hear from third sector delivery partners who feel that they may have some excellent ideas for interventions with 14 and 15 year olds who are in danger of disengaging from school and education. The aims of the Innovation Fund and the target groups are detailed in this paper.
They are looking for:
- successful small scale projects that could be scaled up
- interesting and innovative ideas for interventions for which you need resources in order to test them
If you have any potential projects that would fall within the remit of the Innovation Fund, and that you would like considered within Cardiff Council’s proposal, please send details of the proposed intervention to John Fabes as soon as possible. They will engage in discussions with potential partners week beginning 20 February 2012.
