Help raise awareness of black and minority ethnic (BME) mental health issues by getting involved in Diverse Cymru's digital storytelling project.

Diverse Cymru wants to hear from people from BME communities who are experiencing mental health issues, are survivors or carers.
They are loooking for people who are willing to tell their stories about their experience of mental health problems and how they came through them: to talk about their triggers, what has helped them, what changes they have made in their lives, how the people around them reacted when they were unwell and how they are viewed/treated now.
Your inspirational stories can help others to have hope - to learn that recovery is possible, and to change attitudes and behaviours towards people with mental health issues.

Diverse Cymru is interested in:
- Hearing personal tales.
- Providing an opportunity for self-expression.
- Raising awareness so BME mental health issues get seen and people’s voices are heard.
