Give your view on equalities in Cardiff through Everyone Matters

The Citizen Focus Team at Cardiff Council would like to hear your views on 'Everyone Matters' - Cardiff Council's draft Strategic Equality Plan.

The Equality Act 2010 placed a duty on all local authorities to produce a Strategic Equality Plan. 'Everyone Matters' is Cardiff Council's draft Strategic Equality Plan which sets out the Council's draft strategic equality objectives. The objectives fall under the 7 outcomes that we want to achieve for the city, which are:

• People in Cardiff are healthy
• People in Cardiff have a clean, attractive and sustainable environment
• People in Cardiff are safe and feel safe
• Cardiff has a thriving and prosperous economy
• People in Cardiff achieve their full potential
• Cardiff is a great place to live, work and play

• Cardiff is a fair, just and inclusive society
