Healthy Communities Small Grants Programme - date extended
- Wednesday, 30 November 2011
The People’s Health Trust is a registered charity which funds projects addressing health inequalities across England, Scotland and Wales. The Trust is funded by 51 local society lotteries and the good cause money they raise through The Health Lottery.
The Healthy Communities Programme makes grants of £5,000 - £10,000 to small community and voluntary organisations to support an improvement in health and well-being in their local communities. Your organisation is based in, or covers, our local society lottery area of HealthControl which covers Cardiff, Caerphilly, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr Tydfil, Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taff.
The closing date for applications in this area was originally 28 November 2011 but has now been extended until midnight on 3 January 2012. The charity anticipates making between 12 and 15 grants from the Healthy Communities Programme in HealthControl.
