A Healthy, Happy You

On 1st December, Cardiff Third Sector Council, Communities First Rumney and South Wales Police will be hosting a health and well-being event at the Eastern Leisure Centre, Rumney
The event will open between 12pm and 3pm and a free lunch will be provided.
There will be stalls and information available to help you create a more ‘Healthy, Happy You’.
Stall holders include: Smoking cessation, debt advice, child health, alternative therapies all while your children are entertained in the soft play area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about what is available in the area for you to access, so don’t miss out.
