I have been involved in the third sector for over twenty years as both a paid worker and a volunteer. I have a great deal of hands on experience in lobbying decision makers, business planning, governance, tendering and commissioning and writing successful funding applications.

I have a good knowledge of community development and participatory practices, with a good understanding of community safety issues and strategy.

In addition to covering Cardiff East, I also run the Community Safety Network

Caroline runs a Cardiff East Group Development Support Surgery every Friday from 1-3pm in the Community Room at Greenway Primary School, Llanstephan Road, Rumney. Please contact Caroline before hand to let your know you're going along (her contact details are below).

This is currently a virtual network. We're planning on holding a network meeting in September, once plans have been finalised for the way forward with Communities First.
